Cambridge Common Tree Walk

Friday, Dec. 14th 8AM

Meet at Civil War Memorial

The purpose of this meeting is to view and discuss the tree removal plan for the Common in the context of the tree planting plan and overall landscape treatment for the Common as part of a planned rehabilitation project which could start as early as the fall of 2013.

  1. I went on the tour this morning. Charlie Sullivan and Bill Diegnan et al did a good job of it. Looks like a pretty good plan overall. Reasonable tree replacement, but all shrubbery is going including flowering the ones. More flowers would be nice.
