Robert, your comments at approximately 18:30 strike me as mean-spirited. I appreciate the work you put into this site and the effort you make to comment on city politics, but I think the attitude shown here is inappropriate. Why the vitriol?
Public financing is used effectively in other jurisdictions and is a good incremental solution to some of the problems you and Judy discussed:
