  1. The audio levels for the first episode were extremely low — even turning my player up to the highest level I could barely hear you guys. this is not typical

  3. I’ll look into it and re-process the videos if necessary. CCTV has changed settings with their recording devices and I actually had to change my video editing software (twice) to deal with it. I always have to boost the audio levels to compensate for their monkeying around with things. I thought I had adjusted the audio in both of the posted programs, but apparently there must have been a problem. It seemed OK on my computer, but I find all this “codec” business a bit overwhelming at times. I could really use a little help with this stuff, but the CCTV standard is that if you’re a producer you’re all on your own.
